Jirachi

The Pokewalker course is unlocked through having any Jirachi, so does the gamestop one need to be here? RB Golbat (talk) 21:42, 25 August 2012 (UTC)

NPCs with more info

For Arceus, it has another in-game effect in Platinum that allows more information to be learned at the Oreburgh Mine. For those that can have NPCs give out more info only, would they be counted here? --Super goku (talk) 20:52, 31 May 2016 (UTC)

Although it is kinda off-topic to me, the Oreburgh Mine lists it as "Either one caught from the Hall of Origin or one obtained from an event distribution" for the NPC. However, my point was on any NPCs that do so since the Arceus listed here states that it activates an in-game event to "Learn more about Arceus at the Oreburgh Mine" in Platinum. To give a similar example, the Lumiose Press editor-in-chief will appear in Lumiose Press should the player have the Japanese Nebel Volcanion and give more information on Volcanion, while the American Mac Hoopa will cause a NPC to give more info on Hoopa in the library of the Parfum Palace. --Super goku (talk) 22:33, 10 June 2016 (UTC)

Oh, I misunderstood. Looking more closely, I guess this page really is focusing on specifically Pokemon ("individuals") distributed as events.

So the answer is "yes". (Reasonably, even, if you think it belongs, just add it; if there's a disagreement it can be sorted out.)

Kind of on a tangent, this page could maybe use a minor overhaul. The full event distro template is a bit overkill: the moveset and stuff is beside the point, I'm pretty sure the in-game events don't need the Pokemon to look (or be distributed) exactly like that. And the "Effect" in that template is pretty limited as well, putting more complete descriptions in each section would be nice too. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:21, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
