Appear possibility?

What is the possibility of catching a Latios without going to that special island (eg: 3000 to 1)? I caught mine in Verdanturf. - unsigned comment from BlueGasMask (talk • contribs)

In Sapphire (and Emerald if you select red at the TV) it can only be obtained by going to the island or trading. You should even be able to catch Latias in Verdanturf - there's no grass there. --FabuVinny ^{|Talk Page|} 12:08, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

There is no Latias or Latios in Verdanturf in any game. They appear around the grass of Hoenn, you could maybe hack the game and make a grass there. But that's the only way to get a Latios there, I won't give you tips on hacking, not here, maybe on YouTube, but not here. TheBlazikenMaster 14:13, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
