Images - Join Avenue
I have here the English translations of the Join Avenue images from the English Version. I'm sorry for the visual aides because I don't know how to put them here but I put up links. Source: Pokemon.com/BlackWhite2 -PKMNFan21597 (talk) 08:09, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

NPC specifics?
A few things I've noticed/wondered about them. Can anyone answer/verify?
- They seem to go through the avenue once per day, but seem to disappear for a while (probably 24 hours, at least) if you change the clock on the DS. Sort of like Game Sync.
- Shops seem to re-stock when they're upgraded.
- Is there a pattern to what type of NPCs you'll get visiting (trainer class sprites, shops they'll open, shops they'll enjoy, etc.), as in hard-coded NPCs or settings from the other person's save file? Or just random?
- Also, the pages for very rare berries (Salac, Apicot, some of those) you can buy them on Join Avenue. Is that when you get to the Flower Market to a really high level?
Dimenticare (talk) 16:17, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
- From what I've seen so far:
- 3 NPC visiters per day.
- Shops restock every time the days restarts (doesn't have to be 24 hours), although I haven't bothered checking if they restock after upgrading. I normally talk to the visiting NPCs first thing when I get there so they don't walk out the door.
- The visiting NPCs are randomly chosen, and there are at least 2 names per trainer class sprite. Everything about them changes every day, such as Invite, Recommend, and if you get a rare customer who visits multiple shops out of excitement. They can visit anywhere from one extra shop ("This isn't what I had in mind...", so they don't continue) to every shop that has been set up so far, with the gained Popularity points increasing each shop visited.
- I assume that you will eventually be able to buy nearly any berry at the Flower Market, since that appears the only way to get berries from somewhere other than the Rangers that hand out status berries. So far I'm only level 3 and I don't know how high you have to get the level.

- About the NPC's: when you start the Avenue there are 3 per day, but as the shop increases in level, more NPC's will come per day (at this moment, my Avenue is at level 7 or so and 6 NPC's visit the Avenue per day). ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 17:08, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
- That's interesting... I'm level 5 and I still have only 3. There are a lot of random people standing inside that ask questions, but I've only had 3 that actually visit shops. I do have an extra from "meeting" another person, but I don't consider them an NPC. R.A. Hunter Blade 17:18, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
- With NPC's I really mean the people who you can invite and redirect to a shop. Maybe it has something to do with the levels of your shops too. When your shops reaches level 4, it'll change in appearance. If I remember correctly, after I upgraded one of my shops to level 4 (while already having almost every other shop at level 4), the number of NPC's increased from 5 to 6. Don't know if it really has something to do with that though. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 18:30, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
- What about the communications stuff? Is there 1 visitor per Dream Pal/Pal Pad entry/GTS acquaintance? Dimenticare (talk) 20:06, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

- Additions/Corrections:
- The number of NPCs per day is equal to the Level that your avenue is (i.e.: Avenue Lvl. 4 = 4 NPCs per day) as long as it is above lvl. 3. Otherwise there will be 3.
- Yes the shops will restock.
- In programming, nothing is completely "random" because of the way algorithms work, but it can be made very close. I have not specifically noticed any patterns in who comes in. However:" Different names (i.e.: Jeanne, Janus, etc.) will open different shops.
- The following chart is a list of berries and the Shop's level that you can buy them at. Since the charts are being anti-more_than_4_columns it is a bit confusing but what can you do?

DojoIn the Dojo, you can give Pokémon level ups or stat boosts. Do I assume the stat boosts are Effort Values, since you can't give them to party members past certian points, like Vitamins? Dimenticare (talk) 20:50, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
NurseryIs it even confirmed that Nurseries can be formed? I have not encountered anyone who wants to set one up, and we don't have whatever is said to indicate that they want to set one up. As my Avenue stands right now, I have a spot dedicated to the eventual formation of a Nursery (where a raffle shop currently stands). Is it a guide, Serebii, or a game dump which informed us of Nurseries? --TruePikachu (talk) 23:23, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
I believe it's worth mentioning on the main page that if your Join Avenue passes Lv. 15 before you beat the Elite Four, the features that you unlock for doing so (bonus shop items and the Nursery) don't become available until the next time the Avenue levels up. Legionaireb (talk) 11:07, 24 May 2013 (UTC) Time changing/DS swapping effectI feel this is something for the article, though I'm not sure of the best way to add it to the page. When you change the DS clock, or use a different DS, Join Avenue 'locks down' for something like 2-3 days, where all of the services are sold out. Presumably to prevent cheating by resetting the clock to the next day. Since Daylight Savings Time just changed in the US, this affected me and took some googling to find that it was expected. --Icbat (talk) 16:20, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
In-game NPCs and storesAre we positive that the NPCs have universal default dreams or are they randomly generated-and/or-distributed? The article mentions Anneli and Jenna wanting to open the same shops in the author's game, but would those same NPCs want to open up Dojos in my game, for example? And if their dreams are preprogrammed, would they open up the Dojo with the same services they did in the author's game or is that randomized? Because if it's entirely hardcoded, listing the NPCs who correlate to which shop and which services would be a good idea, but if we aren't sure, the lines about Anneli+Jenna and Jaylen+Jess need to be reworded to sound more theoretical and not definitive. On the item pagesShould the Avenue be mentioned on the item pages? --Abcboy (talk) 02:07, 13 November 2012 (UTC) Excited customersHas anybody had more than two customers visit multiple shops in one day? So far I've only seen two, but I'm not sure if it can be three, four, or if there's even a limit. For all I know every customer could go to every shop, but that'd be a super lucky streak to get. R.A. Hunter Blade 05:46, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
ProfitShould it be noted that you can make money off of Join Avenue? Even with consolation prize of hard stones in the antique shop could net some serious cash. And buying the mulch could make you quite a bit of money. And there other examples. Is that notable or not? --Dman dustin (talk) 08:46, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
Join Avenue PromotionsI noticed there is no mention of Join Avenue promotions, not even on the other major Pokemon info sites. All 8 of my Avenue's shops reached Rank 10, which triggered a 7-day long "promotion". Here are some pictures to show this: Shopkeeper talking about promotion. Picture says 6 days, but it was initially at 7. Raffle Shop gives you an extra item draw during promotion. Mrbubble (talk) 11:56, 22 November 2012 (UTC) Did you write down what the promotions were?
In-game item descriptionsShould they be included here? For example, next to Super Bog Box from the Antique Shop, it would say "A container with something inside. It's very heavy. Get it appraised to find out what's inside." --Abcboy (talk) 05:59, 16 December 2012 (UTC)
Dojo and Cafe spadingThese are some of the stats I have for my Dojo and Cafe, since they seem to have relatively little information in them. Sorry for my lack of wiki formatting knowledge. Judging by the prices, I think the Secret Dishes (priced between the Training L32 and L64 in the dojos, and the prices of equivalent services are usually consistent between the different shops) give you 48 EVs in whatever stat instead of 32. Also, this is an example of my Dojo Rank 10.
Also, there is this page for table code. Dimenticare (talk) 00:57, 20 December 2012 (UTC) Condition For Extra Market ItemsMy game has already beaten the elite 4, and the join avenue market did not have the bonus items such as revives, hyper potions, and max repels. I just hit avenue rank 15 today and these items were added, so that's clearly a trigger for them. however, the hall of fame requirement already listed on this page is something i can't confirm as also being required, so someone who has an avenue of at least rank 15 and hasn't beaten the hall of fame, please check to see if the aforementioned items are available to confirm whether or not the hall of fame is a requirement. Tarilaan (talk) 06:35, 31 December 2012 (UTC) Expandable? Can the vistors table and/or the recommending visitors table be made expandable? --Abcboy (talk) 13:21, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
Youngster JanusIt says in the article that the shop that Younster Janus opens "Varies with ID" how does this work?
Possibly the remainder of Trainer ID divided by 7:
That holds true for us at least. -EVsAndIVsaurs (Talk) 03:02, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
Which variation shop does he set up? And, if it varies, how is it decided? Because there is no easy way to check for an Antique Shop. RuBoo, THE DESPISED 17:26, 3 July 2013 (UTC) This phrase"(Various phrases requesting a specific record, feeling, habit, or trait)" and the table says it varies from request to request. Well, I've answered this one about 6-7 times and counting (About who had the most Link trades, Medals, visitors and etc.), all of them led to a same person from my avenue and every time the award is always 200 points, with real characters asking them. So I should put another person in my Avenue with different records to see if the points awarded change, or can I assume alreday that the phrase mentioned above always deals 200 points per visitor that aren't NPCs? Well, that's my case...--Igor (talk) 16:36, 31 January 2013 (UTC) Nursery EffectivenessDoes anyone know what each of the purchasable options at a nursery do, in terms of how many steps they reduce the egg hatching time by? I only just opened one up, able I was able to hatch a brand new Eevee egg with the three Warm Lv. 1's available, but that's all I know. Schiffy (talk) 20:13, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
Opening Which ShopsWhat actually determines what shop another player will open? The article doesn't specify, as far as I can see. Me, Hurray! (talk) 13:51, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
What's this?Yesterday I got my avenue rank up to 15 (btw, I immediately skipped it to 16 because Cheren appeared), and every time I go there I check every shop with the "How are you?" feature. Even tough yesterday I did so AFTER I ranked up (both times), and nothing unusual happened, today, still at the same rank (the only special happening was the opening of my eighth shop, a nursery), I noticed that everyone except for the one of the café started the report with "I'll work hard today" (the one from the mart said "I'll work with dedication today", or something). I asked more that once, and even went out and returned to the avenue, but still, they continued saying the same thing before reporting the status of the shop - and yet with the exception of the café! Could someone please explain me why is this happenning? TheOriginalOne 20:08, 12 May 2013 (UTC) Remove a shop or reset Join Avenue (White 2)Is either possible? Before I learned all about Join Avenue I filled all the spaces and there's no room for Raffle Shop.
