Items?

This article clearly isn't finished yet there is not "the article is a stub and needs expanding" mark on it. It is missing whgat items are sold here. I can't remember what items are there but i swear in Gen I they sold max revives here and i don't think they do in Gen III. Someone with better page skills should look into this... -- D558 16:34, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

I just got here in FireRed, and can put the information up by the end of the day. We'll still need Gen I and II though. — THE TROM — 21:14, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

G2 Champion Room

a:File:G2 Champion Room.PNG. I uploaded an image of the room, but I'm not sure how to use the coding the page uses for displaying the comparative images. So, if someone else could add it? Drake Clawfang 22:57, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

And now the image doesn't exist, what the hell is going on? Drake Clawfang 18:27, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
It was deleted because it was redirected here.--Dark ICE (User:Cold)(page, talk) 18:31, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
It's not there either. Drake Clawfang 18:32, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
That's because Cold forgot the "File" prefix. Try this one. --Shiningpikablu252 18:33, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Ah, thanks. Sorry, I just don't understand how this...cross-archiving stuff works. Drake Clawfang 18:34, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

I moved it because lowercase extensions are preferred. .png is better than .PNG. —darklordtrom 20:42, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Real world correlation

Other pages talk about the relationship between Kanto in the Pokemon world and the Kanto region in Japan, but I have not seen anyone else comment on this point: given the relationships between the areas, I believe the Indigo Plateau would roughly correspond to Mt. Fuji. - unsigned comment from Legionaireb (talkcontribs)

Mt. Fuji is Mt. Silver. Also, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). 梅子 16:51, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Lorelei's Room

Which Pokemon can you catch by fishing there? Thanos6 12:54, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

Since you can only fish there in Generation I, L5 Magikarp by Old Rod at 100%, L10 Poliwag and L10 Goldeen by Good Rod at 50% each. The Super Rod yields nothing.
All this is probably because, in Generation I, Super Rod Pokémon are programmed by area while Old and Good Rod Pokémon are universal to all water. It's also why you can't get anything with the Super Rod in the Cerulean Gym in Generation I (although unlike the Elite Four chamber, you could fish in Cerulean Gym in Gold and Silver and even get the Super Rod to have an effect there in those games; it wasn't until Crystal that fishing in the Cerulean Gym was made to yield nothing regardless of rod). --Shiningpikablu252 13:21, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
I havn't played red in a while, but have you tested this. I could have sworn I tried this before, and it yields only a message saying "There doesn't appear to be anything here" or "The water appears to be empty" --GEN1KING 15:14, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
I've done this myself in Yellow, meaning it should work in all games before it.
Do remember that only the Old and Good Rods produce an effect. If you were using a Super Rod, that's your problem; that rod doesn't have an effect in either Lorelei's chamber or the Cerulean Gym in Generation I (I know, I've tried it myself). --Shiningpikablu252 16:44, 18 April 2010 (UTC)

Large pic

Koga's room generation IV pic needs resizing. I would do it myself, but I'm not confident I know how and don't want to screw it up. --ルレ 06:21, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Done. You know you can preview that kind of thing right? It's a good thing too. Not surprisingly it's kinda problematic when I accidently put an extra 0 in the number. 2400px picture anyone? Werdnae (talk) 06:37, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Yes, but I'm on a slow connection right now, so most pages are being excruciatingly slow to load. Especially when it's a preview or an edit being submitted. lmao Nice. --ルレ 06:43, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Strategy giude?

you need to create strategy guides for these things  :) --RonsonSan 14:43, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

We're not a strategy guide. It's simply not our purpose. We're an encyclopedia. --electAbuzzzz 14:45, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
