Apparently nobody got to making the table yet. But it seems to be one of the signature moves of Kyurem, along with Freeze Bolt. --ケンジのガール 02:48, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Actually, it's true. No Pokémon can learn Cold Flare or Freeze Bolt as of Black and White. It's widely speculated that these moves may be given to Kyurem in a third version. I assume that's why Kyurem is using it in the page image: Since no Pokémon can legitimately learn it, one had to be hacked to know the move—and why not use the Pokémon most fans assume will get the move in the end? --Andy^P_K^M_N 10:54, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
