Um...A Hydra? How's that possible? I only see one head on that thing!--Pokencyclopedia 18:05, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

I was wondering the same thing myself. Although I do believe the Hydra posessed only one head until hercules started chopping them off. --Zeta 19:33, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

Nope, that's only in the Disney movie. It already had several heads when Heracles first confronted it.KrytenKoro 11:31, 15 June 2008 (UTC)

Is it really 0x fire damage to Heatran? -Gab

Yes, due to its Flash Fire ability. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 12:11, 15 June 2008 (UTC)

Relation to Dialga and Palkia

"Heatran was born from the flames of a volcano when Dialga, Palkia and their relations first created the universe. The lava and magma pooled together to became Heatran." I've only ever seen this here. I don't recall it ever being mentioned at all in the games. Seriously, does every Sinnoh Legendary have to be related to be related to the creation myth?--Dual 01:19, 15 August 2007 (UTC)

I think Buck's grampa says it. - Vereux0

Even then lava and magma are the same thing so it doesn't make any sense. The only difference between the two is that one is made above ground and the other underneath it. -Lord Hyren 23:26, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Evolution?

I know Heatran is a Legendary and can't evolve, but the official Prima guide for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 says something different. In the back of the book there's a Bulbasaur-Darkrai Pokédex. It has a part where it shows the evolution line for that Pokémon. If a Pokémon doesn't evolve, it says "Does not Evolve", but for Heatran, it says "*" and under it, it says "*Check the official Pokémon website in the future for a possible announcement about Heatran [pokemon.com]". Ooh! I just found out is has the same thing for Giratina YinYang 21:29, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
It's mabye the new forms or a big mistake in the book CoolPikachu!
Hmmm... So that means Heatran might appear in movie 11, eh? TTEchidna 05:48, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Mabye wat woulf Heatran have to with a movie a small-role,camao appearence?who knows CoolPikachu!05:50, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
We're probably just gonna have too wait and see. To be honest, i didn't/don't think Heatran is going to be in the new Movie...I just had a feeling it won't. Takoto タコト 06:01, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Too many legendaries in one movie= Terrible movie. Posted by the OptimatumTalk|Links07:30 10 May 2008
Yes it is too many Pokemon Legends they need to save some for the NEXT MOVIE'.

CoolPikachu!

As far as Legendaries go, I don't think Heatran will make a good movie subject. It doesn't have an exciting a backstory as the rest. They need to just go ahead and make an Arceus movie. ~$aturn¥oshi THE VOICES 15:48, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

i think it will appear in the eleventh movie cuz of the deck set: cry from the mysterious\temple of anger as heatran is shown in the pack art and in that article it says that it the deck will debut around the time of the elventh movie.--Nobody777 14:30, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

The people at Prima who make the Pokémon guides are IDIOTS. In the Pokémon Colloseum "guide", they said that BAYLEEF should be used to take down the GOLBAT used by one of the trainers in the Pyrite Town square; anyone who's actually played these games knows that a Golbat would kick a Bayleef's ***.

If you're going to use a Player's Guide for these games, go for the Nintendo Power ones (even if the guide quality has declined since Nintendo Power was bought by that other magazine company). Diachronos 17:04, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Not every Prima guide's terrible. Yes, they do put out some crappy ones, but they put out a quite excellent one for the Gamecube version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Sure, there are a few errors in that guide (a 100-Rupee chest was put down by Prima as being at the Bridge of Eldin and not the Great Bridge of Hylia where it actually is, and they missed two chests in the choking mists of Faron Woods and one more in the Gerudo Desert), but it's probably one of the best game guides I've ever used despite those errors.
Case in point: Judge the trash by what's inside, not by a logo on the outside. --Shiningpikablu252 17:44, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
Oh, you have a point, the Twilight Princess one was pretty good. Must be it's just the Pokémon ones that have what seems like a minimum of 3 mistakes per page. Diachronos 15:55, 18 September 2008 (UTC)

So Heatran really do have a new form, given the new evidence! I wonder if they'll create a 4th version of DP and have it as the mascot! Um, or they will simply give out a item that will transfer it to the new form in a event!-Billy4b2004 11:34, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

We've not seen a fourth version except in the Japanese Generation I.. so I Disagree. Gywall Talk 11:45, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Well. I've the PMD2 pokedex like brochure on the net,it wasnt really a good resolution and captions were written to clarify, same thing written about heatran evolution and giratina evolution, so we got a 50% chance that Pokémon A in movie 12 is a new forme heatran OR Arceus.--Nobody777 11:55, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
