I'd assume every healing/recover-like move is. Wish isn't listed either... The article didn't even have its damage category listed until today, so I'd definitely say the list is probably incomplete. --TTEchidna 01:49, 16 May 2007 (UTC)

Little Change

I put some more moves. I know Rest is blocked because Giratina use Heal Block on my Uxie and it couldn't use Rest.

Heal Block and Items

Does Heal Block block healing items' effects or use? For example, say my Shedinja used Heal Block and then the next turn my opponent tries to use a Potion on their Gallade -- will Heal Block block the item (either by stopping the opponent from using it, or by some other means)?
