戦く--Name Origin

戦く, ononoku, means "to shake, to shudder". Its noun form, 戦き ononoki, means "shudder, shiver, agitation". I'm betting on this being at least a possible name origin.--PhantomJunkie 17:44, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

Personally I doubt whether the ononoku part had anything to do with the naming of this pokémon as ono and akkusu alone seem enough.
