Generation I activation
At least I didn't get the nickname way to work. I tried every starter Pokémon and gave the nickname " " (I understood that meant one space) and saw no distortion in Gary battle nor in a wild Pokémon battle. I used an English Pokémon Red ROM. So, could someone please clarify the method? UltimateSephiroth 22:38, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
- This didn't work with me either, i tried both the Australian game (which i own) and the US ROM on an emulator and neither worked. (GT4GTR 10:29, 18 January 2009 (UTC))
