Unobtainable?

The article says that this glitch pokemon can be encountered by using the mew trick with a special of 202 (Hex CA).

However hex CA appears as a Bug Catcher when encountered in the wild and so is this glitch unobtainable without the use of an external device or does it evolve from an obtainable glitch? --Chickasaurus 21:58, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

in Triva the article say tehr ar only two Pokemon, who evoled into Q. I think there are 3....or?
