Teru-sama is not the GS Ball. I've used a Gameshark to access the event in the English version, which is somehow fully translated even though they never used it. The GS Ball in the US version is simply the GS Ball. What would you expect the item to be named? Teru-sama is a completely different item that functions very unusually. --1338h4x 23:40, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

I'm agreed on that. I'll change it later. Tom Temprotran 14:40, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

MacGuffin Ball

In the Anime Section, should it be noted that the GS Ball serves as a MacGuffin? It motivates Ash to go to Johto, but beyond that and the plot of a handful of episodes, it isn't important. Should that bit of trivia be noted?--PikamasterADV 02:11, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

?????

Exactly at what point in the saga did Ash try calling a Pokémon to be released from the GS ball? Missingno. Master wants YOU! Join the Order of the Glitch! (my talk page) 01:16, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Ooh, ooh, I saw that one! It was A Way Off Day Off. He was sitting on a rock in the middle of the night, then Team Rocket came and got pwned, as usual. And, of course, the GS Ball didn't do anything. — THE TROM — 01:32, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

More Info

It first appears in Pokéball Peril when Professor Ivy gives Ash the GS ball, and its last appearance to date is in Goin' Apricorn when Ash delivers the GS ball to Kurt. If he really does try to call it out it is going to be withing the time of those to episodes.

Also some others: In A Tent Situation Team Rocket steals the GS ball, once retrieved, Professor Oak gives Ash the GS ball to deliver to Kurt. In Once In A Blue Moon a Quagsire steals the GS Ball from Ash while he is shining it. -MasterKenobi 01:41, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

HGSS Ball

Is it in HeartGold and SoulSilver? Morgil27 22:46, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

No. —darklordtrom 01:56, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
As far as we know - no. It is possible that there will be a future event, but sadly no one has location anything like it in the game's coding. However for all we know it could still be there or it could be the Rock Capsule (which would be odd). -LugiaRocks (TalkEdits) 01:59, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Actually, Lugia, it hasn't been coded into the game. Unless a patch is released, then it's a no-go. —darklordtrom 02:18, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Ya, but there are rarely patches - at least they are going to give out a Celebi one soon for the Giovanni event - unsigned comment from LugiaRocks (talkcontribs)
