delete the redirect

We need a separate article for this because the dowsing machine has always been different in every generation. In HGSS it's different still. I'd like to create the article but I can't do much because I still havn't figured out how the HGSS dowsing machine works... Kanjo 20:23, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Move?

English release of Black and White

We should probably add something to the effect of how to use the Dowsing MCHN in HGSS. It's not very intuitive and we just know someone's going to ask.

I agree, for a large part of HG I always had it open but never touched it (until I did by accident). If I recall, the description (when given) sounds like it will automatically show item locations when open. Details on how to use it wouldn't hurt. Aerte 15:15, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

How they function

There should be a section about how each itemfinder/dousing machine functions in each generation. Like how in gen3 it points your char in the direction, and i think gen4 has arrows? (haven't played D/P/Pt). Would be helpful. Twiggsmgw 05:44, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
