Secret Power

How do you know that Happiny learns Secret Power?

Are you sure its Secret Power? I thought it was Metronome. The Beedrill seem to be caught in a Teeter Dance and Team Rocket got affected by a sleeping move like Hypnosis. Beedrill weren't paralyzed because no paralyzed sparks were present and they weren't confused ot else they'll start attacking each other. Secret Power would also deal damage to opponents as well and it didn't. Lanturn 04:32, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
