Why isn't lantern/jacko-lantern on the list as a possible corruption/misspelling? Cacnea's origin already mentions possible basis on jacko-lanterns and it is known that pumpkins and jacko-lanterns are sometimes used for the head of scarecrows. http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/fb/20/7b/fb207baeea8e38c20226879bcc7526ba.jpg [[User:Yamitora1|Yamitora1]] ([[User talk:Yamitora1|talk]]) 00:13, 13 December 2014 (UTC)

Though they are referred to as rhombi here, I would opine that Cacturne's shape pattern consists of squares. Also, its name is surely based on 'nocturne' rather than 'nocturnal'? Punkrockrevel 05:46, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

Wouldn't be easier just to say "diamond-pattern"? How many general readers even know what a rhombus is? ~$aturn¥oshi THE VOICES 14:42, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Well, I think it's common vocabulary and shouldn't be removed in order to dumb it down, I just think they are not rhombi in this instance. Punkrockrevel 08:52, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
On a similar note, the current gender-difference explanation is very confusing, and still alludes (falsely, in my opinion) to the rhombus-shape. However, I cannot think of a perfect way to fix it. Punkrockrevel 06:02, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

Learnset

Uh... there's no gen. III learnset listed for Cacturne. Something should be done. I'd do it if I knew the learnset, but I don't. Mad1man 04:09, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
