The simple fact is that it is extremely unlikely that Buizel is based off of tails, as such mention of any similarities is purely trivial, and thus belongs in the trivia section. Dawn's Buizel

Tails on Buizel's page
As there is zero definitive proof (and it is also highly unlikely) that Buizel is in any way based off of the character Tails, he should not be mentioned at all in the Origin section, a statement on any resemblance between the characters in the Trivia section would be more in line with the Bulbapedia standards.
