According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggLpyCRUWH8 this glitch pokémon's learnset and evolution data is taken from the VRAM, which ultimately means it can't learn any moves if it levels up during battle (the learnset provided here and at Glitch City Laboratories only applies to levelling up via Rare Candies). According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggLpyCRUWH8 this glitch pokémon's learnset and evolution data is taken from the VRAM, which ultimately means it can't learn any moves if it levels up during battle (the learnset provided here and at Glitch City Laboratories only applies to levelling up via Rare Candies).
