Takuto Kitsuta (Japanese: 橘田拓人) is a video game composer. Initially he worked for HAL Laboratory on games like Super Smash Bros. Melee. Afterwards he joined Creatures Inc., where he would become the main composer of the Pokémon Ranger and PokéPark series. He also provided various arrangements to the soundtrack of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
