Release information
This card was first released in the EX Dragon expansion, the Rulers of the Heavens expansion in Japan. It was also included in the Flygon Constructed Starter Deck, Salamence Constructed Starter Deck, Gift Box Emerald, Fire and Water Quick Construction Packs, Gift Box Mew • Lucario, and Shockwave! Trivia
Due to a printing error, very few of the parallel foil version of the EX Dragon print were produced, making it a rather sought after card amongst collectors.
Origin
This card depicts Gabby and Ty, recurring characters who can be challenged to several Double Battles throughout Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. After each battle, they would conduct a brief interview with the player, to be broadcast on TVs across Hoenn.
