TOKIYA is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. He started illustrating cards for the Advent of Arceus expansion, beginning his work with the Metal-type Arceus. So far, he has illustrated 91 cards for the Trading Card Game, and is expected to do more. For a list of cards he illustrated, go here.
Outside the TCG, TOKIYA is notable for doing cover illustrations for albums by DJ TECHNORCH.[1]
