Susumu Chiba (Japanese: 千葉進歩 Chiba Susumu) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime. He was born in Kanagawa, Japan on September 13th, 1970.

Trivia
- Chiba voiced two Pokémon belonging to Trainers who were voiced by Kenji Nojima. Both Pokémon are the Fire-type starter Pokémon of the characters' home regions.
- Nojima also voiced the second Deoxys in Destiny Deoxys, while Chiba voiced the first.
