Release information

This card was reprinted in the Base Set 2 reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan.

Trivia

This card was banned in Japan simply because it was too good. If used at the same time as Energy Removal or more copies of itself, the opponent can lose up to 12 Energy cards at once. It was later replaced with Super Energy Removal 2, which, although it can have a greater effect, has an even greater drawback.
