Card text
Release information
This card was later reprinted in the EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua and EX Deoxys sets with a full-frame view of the same artwork, and in EX Dragon Frontiers with new artwork by Shizurow. These releases add the word "already" after "doesn't" in the Pokémon Tool text, then another sentence to the text, "If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card." Additionally, those prints add "to the Active Pokémon" before the italicized clause in parenthesis. The EX Deoxys print further reworded the effect to read as follows: Template:Trainer Text The redone wording brought the card in line with a prior errata.
