Speed Swap (Japanese: スピードスワップ Speed Swap) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation VII.

Effect

Speed Swap exchanges the Speed stats of the user and the target.

Speed Swap bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.

If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Speed Swap, the user's Speed stat raises one stage.
