Sparkling Aria (Japanese: うたかたのアリア Bubble Aria) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Primarina. It can be upgraded to the special Z-Move Oceanic Operetta by Primarina holding Primarium Z.

Effect

Sparkling Aria inflicts damage to all adjacent Pokémon, including allies. If the target was burned, the burn is healed. Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof, Dry Skin, Storm Drain, or Water Absorb are not affected by this move. Burned Pokémon aren't healed of their burns if the move doesn't affect them.

Description
