Soundproof (Japanese: ぼうおん Soundproof) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Twelve Pokémon can have this Ability.
Effect
In battle
Soundproof prevents all effect from sound moves, granting the user immunity from them. Also, a sleeping Pokémon with this Ability cannot be woken with a Poké Flute in FireRed and LeafGreen.
Sound moves
Outside of battle
Soundproof has no effect outside of battle.
