Snowpoint Temple (Japanese: キッサキしんでん Kissaki Temple) is a location in Snowpoint City. It is home to legendary Pokémon Regigigas. The player cannot enter the temple without defeating Cynthia and obtaining the National Pokédex. Even then, Regigigas will appear as a statue and will not awaken until the player has the legendary golems, Regice, Regirock and Registeel, in his or her party. The temple has six floors (1F to B5F) and has many puzzles involving sliding on ice and stopping on rocks, making the way through the temple. This format is similar to the Icefall Cave, Ice Path, and the Mahogany and Snowpoint Gyms.

* In Platinum, when confronting Regigigas it is level 1. This makes Platinum the first game where level 1 Pokémon can be caught in the wild, and Regigigas the first legendary Pokémon to be at level 1 in the wild without the use of a cheating device.
* In Platinum, the Snowpoint Temple is the location of the lowest leveled wild Pokémon in any Pokémon game—Regigigas. Regigigas is tied with the Resort Area's level 1 Magikarp and the Nature Preserve's level 1 Magikarp and Gyarados for lowest leveled wild Pokémon.
* In both encounters with Regigigas, Confuse Ray is the only move that is not replaced in its moveset.
