Animation for escaping via Smoke Ball in Generation III

If held by the player's active Pokémon, allows definite escape from a wild Pokémon. It does not ignore trapping moves.

Smoke Ball now ignores trapping moves. In Generation III only, the Smoke Ball plays a special animation when used.

Because all battles in Pokémon Colosseum and most battles in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness are Trainer battles, Smoke Orb has no effect and cannot be found.
