This card was released in the Undaunted expansion, originating from Japan as one of the L-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was released as part of a Domino's Pizza promotion in two phases, the first of which ran from October 26 to December 10, 2009. Customers who purchased a children's meal during this period received this card, a Slowbro card and "Domino's Pizza Original Book of Secrets" with their order. The accompanying book features cards from the HeartGold and SoulSilver Collection. The second phase ran from December 11, 2009 to January 14, 2010. Customers who purchased a children's meal during this period received this card, a Slowking card and a set of card sleeves with their order. The card sleeves feature Ho-Oh, Lugia and the Domino's Pizza logo.
