Slack Off (Japanese: なまける Slack Off) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Slakoth and Slaking.

Effect

The user recovers half of its maximum HP.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Slack Off, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Slack Off can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 1 bonus appeal point if Yawn was used in the previous turn.
