Slack Off (Japanese: なまける Slack Off) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Slakoth and Slaking.

The user recovers half of its maximum HP.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Slack Off, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Slack Off can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if Yawn was used in the prior turn.
