Skyler (Japanese: トビオ Tobio) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. He appeared in The Big Balloon Blow-Up. His dream is to become a professional hot air balloon pilot.

He convinced Ash and his friends, whom he just met, to participate in a Pokémon Balloon Race. His father, Tenma, lent Ash and friends a Pikachu shaped balloon.
