Do AntiRocketShippers count? They aren't even RocketShippers! Why not add "AntiPokéShippers" to the types of PokéShippers? Ketsuban

Question on that -- Then why isn't there a section for "AntiPokéShippers" in the PokéShippers page?? Seems a little bias to me. I am thinking the Sects of RocketShipping needs to be rewritten. Instead of there being a section for "AntiRocketShippers" under the categories of RocketShipping (which makes no sense to me), there should just be a paragraph noting the major arguments against the pairing. --Puff 17:21, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

Just curious, in reference to the last edit made on (15:15, 25 March 2007) by FrozenPandaMan - Why has the term "R*cketshippers" been changed to "Rocketshippers". :/ I'm not exactly active on creating shipping names, I just follow them - So before I make an edit I just want to know what the current shipping term should be for the 'old school shippers'. --Puff 16:22, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

Offensiveness

Whilst I agree with freedom and speech and the right to state what you believe, I think that this comment under RocketShippers: "Lives for any sort of event that can be considered a hint, no matter how small. The infamous manga is their bible." and a few others is a little too much. :/ Stating facts against the shipping is fine and all, but that just seems a bit too harsh to me and could be potentially insulting. (As I'm new here, I didn't want to edit anything before discussing it first.) Your thoughts? --Rachie 16:35, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

I very much agree -- I think that this entire article should be looked at and revised.. What gets me is that there is an AntiRocketShipper section, and yet there is nothing like that in some of the other shipping pages -- PokéShipping is a main example. --Puff 04:28, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Overhaul

Removing the sects is one thing, but can we leave the rest of the page as it was? I don't think this current version gives as much information as the previous one. Bulbagarden Rocketshippers worked very hard on giving the page the revamp it desperately needed back in May, so I think the history section should be restored to what it was. I'm all for keeping the sects, too. They're defunct now, but they're still a significant part of the ship's history. Either way, I think the page should be changed back to how it was before this "overhaul". The Bulbagarden Rocketshippers worked hard to make it presentable and informative, and it was just fine the way it was because of their extensive revamp. --Demon of Light 07:33, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

I'm with Demon of Light. Unlike the other ships, Rocketshippings' sects are a HUGE and notable part of its history. And from what I've read, I know you think you're doing the page a big favour (maybe you read old comments saying that the page was rubbish .etc.) but like Rocket Girl said, the Bulbagarden Rocketshippers put a lot of thought into it and gave the page a massive overhaul in May. I'm also for keeping the sects in - there are so many older websites and fanfic comments out there that mention them, new fans that run into the terms need an overview! And - biased? Shipping is a bias in and of itself. I really don't understand what you mean, CherryParanoia. And needless to say, if you're going to make accusations of rudeness, you should be specific about what exactly you believe was "rude." I vote we restore the page as it was, and then reexamine it - if there's some specific wording you object to, then a little precise surgery will suffice better than this mass amputation. ~ShinyAeon, Aug 20, 2009, 4:56 AM CST
