Seismic Toss (Japanese: ちきゅうなげ Earth Throw) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Seismic Toss inflicts damage equal to the user's level. The damage is not altered by weakness or resistance, except when a Pokémon is immune. Seismic Toss doesn't receive STAB.
In Generation I, Seismic Toss hits Template:Type2 Pokémon, even though the type has immunity to Fighting-type moves. In subsequent generations, the type mechanics were corrected so that Ghost-type Pokémon became immune to Seismic Toss.

Pokémon
Geodude. Geodude grabs the opponent, rises into the air, and throws them to the ground.
- Used by Brock's Geodude from Pokémon Fashion Flash to ???. Debut.
Machop. Machop grabs the opponent and spins around in a circle. After a bit, Machop lets go and the opponent goes flying.
- Used by Unknown Trainer's Machop in The Punchy Pokémon.
Primeape. Primeape grabs the foe's leg and head, then jumps up and throws them to the ground.
- Used by Ash's Primeape in The Punchy Pokémon.
Charizard: Charizard grabs the foe, flies into the sky, spins around, zooms back down, and tosses its foe into the ground for more damage, using the momentum of the dive.
- Used by Ash's Charizard from Volcanic Panic to Present.
Golem. Golem grabs the opponent, jumps into the air, points the opponent to the ground, and falls, having the opponent hit the ground.
- Used by Melissa's Golem in Fourth Round Rumble.
