Seeds (Japanese: タネ Seeds) are items in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. They can be used to heal a Pokémon's hunger by 5 (except for the Reviver Seed, which restores everything), but also have various additional effects, including being used on foes as weapons or can impose status conditions.
When the location says "All Post-Temporal Tower Dungeons," it refers to Mystifying Forest, Blizzard Island, Crevice Cave, Surrounded Sea, etc.
Seeds can be found in Dungeons or purchased at The Kelceon Shop in Treasure Town. Some seeds are necessary in Jobs, normally to deliver. You might also find them at a Kelceon's shops that are in various Dungeons.
