Seeds (Japanese: タネ Seeds) are items in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. All seeds restore the Pokémon's belly by 5 when eaten, except for the Reviver Seed which restores everything. Almost all seeds also have additional effects, such as causing status effects or damage to either the user or an enemy (if either the seed is thrown at the enemy, or the seed has the effect of damaging an adjacent enemy when eaten). Jobs often require a particular seed to be delivered.

In Explorers of Darkness and Explorers of Sky, seeds can be found in dungeons or purchased at Kecleon Shops in Treasure Town or in dungeons.
