Secret Warehouse (Japanese: ヒミツそうこ Secret Warehouse) is the 17th area in Pokémon Rumble U. It is available after the player clears Toy Collection. In this area, the player fights three bosses - Lucario, Samurott, and Emboar. Each stage must be cleared before moving on to the next stage.

Challenges
- Defeat the boss in time
- Clear the battle within 100 seconds
- Use a Pokémon with a Power of 1900 or more
- Don't use Flying-type Pokémon
- Clear the battle on Tuesday
Clearing the challenges allows the player to obtain a blue capsule containing a Victini.
