Seals are small stickers that are able to be attached to Poké Balls to attain a special effect when a Pokémon comes out of them, instead of the usual flash of light. The majority of them can be purchased in Sunyshore City, though there are 28 seals of letters A through Z and the exclamation point and question mark, obtained by showing Unown to a boy in Solaceon Town. Eight seals at a time can be attached to any Poké Ball.

- Heart Seal
- A: Small red hearts surround the Pokémon.
- B: Large red hearts surround the Pokémon.
- C: Small black hearts surround the Pokémon.
- D: Large black hearts surround the Pokémon.
- E: Small red hearts geyser above the Pokémon.
- F: Large red hearts geyser above the Pokémon.
- Star Seal
- A: Three small yellow stars surround the Pokémon.
- B: Many large yellow stars surround the Pokémon.
- C: Three small blue stars surround the Pokémon.
- D: Many large blue stars surround the Pokémon.
- E: A few yellow stars geyser above the Pokémon, then turn blue as they fall.
- F: More yellow stars geyser above the Pokémon, then turn blue as they fall.
- Line Seal
- A: White lines fly away from the Pokémon.
- B: Yellow lines fly away from the Pokémon.
- Smoke Seal
- A: White smoke poofs above the Pokémon.
- B: Black smoke poofs above the Pokémon.
- C: White smoke poofs below the Pokémon.
- D: Black smoke poofs below the Pokémon.
- Ele-Seal
- A: Three yellow lightning bolts fly from the top of the Pokémon.
- B: Many green lightning bolts fly from the top of the Pokémon.
- C: Three yellow lightning bolts fly from the bottom of the Pokémon.
- D: Many green lightning bolts fly from the bottom of the Pokémon.
- Foamy Seal
- A: Several blue bubbles fly away from the Pokémon.
- B: Many blue bubbles fly away from the Pokémon.
- C: Several purple bubbles fly away from the Pokémon.
- D: Many purple bubbles fly away from the Pokémon.
- Fire Seal
- A: A blast of fire comes from the Pokémon.
- B: A larger blast of fire comes from the Pokémon.
- C: A blast of blue fire comes from the Pokémon.
- D: A larger blast of blue fire comes from the Pokémon.
- Party Seal
- A: Red confetti floats down.
- B: Blue confetti floats down.
- C: Yellow confetti floats down.
- Flora Seal
- A: Large pink petals float down.
- B: ???

- D: Small purple petals geyser from the Pokémon.
- E: Large orange petals float down.
- F: Small orange petals geyser from the Pokémon.
- Song Seal
- A: Sends a green G-clef flying in a random direction.
- B: Sends a red quarter note flying in a random direction.
- C: Sends a yellow quarter note flying in a random direction.
- D: Sends a yellow eighth note flying in a random direction.
- E: Sends a blue eighth note flying in a random direction.
- F: Sends a green half note flying in a random direction.
- G: Sends two green eighth notes joined by a beam flying in a random direction.

- A: Displays a red letter A.
- B: Displays an orange letter B.
- C: Displays a yellow letter C.
- D: Displays a green letter D.
- E: Displays a blue letter E.
- F: Displays a light blue letter F.
- G: Displays a purple letter G.
