Sandra (Japanese: ホシカ Hoshika) is a recurring character from the anime. She lives with her mother, Savannah, in Rubello Town.
History
As she was out with Ash and his friends in A Fan with a Plan, Savannah was surprised to see her young daughter doing the shopping, though appreciated the gesture. The following day, while May and Savannah were practicing for the Rubello Town Contest, the boys met Sandra while she was out grocery shopping again. They later returned to the Pokémon Center, where May alerted Sandra and the boys to Team Rocket who had just stolen her and Savannah's Ribbons. Sandra sprung into action, narrowly escaping a hit from Dustox's Psybeam. Together, she and her mom ordered Lairon to send Team Rocket blasting off with a Water Pulse.
