Sachiko Kobayashi (Japanese: 小林幸子 Sachiko Kobayashi) is a female Japanese enka singer, and former member of the band Suzukisan, along with Imakuni? and Raymond. She was also one of the singers for Pokémon Ondo. She sometimes goes under the alias "Garura Kobayashi". She voiced Voyager in the original Japanese version of Mewtwo Strikes Back.
