Pokémon: Master Quest is the name of the fifth season of the Pokémon anime, consisting of the remaining episodes of the original Pocket Monsters series, except one. The 64 episode season showcases the adventures of Ash, Misty, Brock, and briefly Ritchie in the Johto region, from the Whirl Islands up to Mount Silver.

It originally aired as part of the 2002-2003 Kids' WB! Saturday morning line-up. The season began with Around the Whirlpool, which originally aired on September 14, 2002, and ended with Hoenn Alone, which originally aired on October 25, 2003. This season skips the episode The Ice Cave.

Master Quest is the last of three seasons that take place in the Johto region. It is preceded by Pokémon: Johto League Champions and proceeded by Pokémon Advanced, the first season of the Pocket Monsters Advanced Generation dub. It should be noted that the concept of seasons does not exist in Japan. An invention of the dub, a season is the only way to differentiate one story arc, such as Master Quest, from any other in the Pocket Monsters series.

See List of original series episodes for a list of Master Quest episodes.
