He first appeared in [[BW103]] on the screen of the preliminary match-ups. After that he reappeared in [[BW104]] on the screen showing the match-ups for the second round, meaning he had made it through the first round. In [[BW105]] it was revealed he had made it through the second and third rounds as well when he appeared on the screens again. Later in the episode, when [[Iris's Axew]] got lost, he appeared with his friends and family celebrating his victory through the first rounds.

Imotarō between the match-ups for the quarter-finals, against Virgil

(Japanese: 胃もタロ Imotarō) is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime who competed in the Higaki Conference.

He first appeared in BW103 on the screen of the preliminary match-ups. After that he reappeared in BW104 on the screen showing the match-ups for the second round, meaning he had made it through the first round. In BW105 it was revealed he had made it through the second and third rounds as well when he appeared on the screens again. Later in the episode, when Iris's Axew got lost, he appeared with his friends and family celebrating his victory through the first rounds.

He battled against Manning in the fourth round in BW106 and won, making his way to the quarter-finals. There, he is set to battle Virgil.

Eelektross
Eelektross is the only Pokémon that Imotarō is known to have. It appeared briefly battling Manning's Jellicent and won.

Eelektross's only known move is Thunder.

Debut BW106

Imotarō has at least two other Pokémon with him since he was required to compete with three Pokémon in the third and fourth round of the Higaki Conference.
