(Japanese ホミカ Homika) is a Gym Leader in Unova in Pokémon Black and White 2. She specializes in Poison-type Pokémon. She gives the Toxic Badge to Trainers who defeat her.

In the games

Homika appears in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 as a Gym Leader. She is a musician who plays the bass guitar. Her Gym is a music club. Trainers who defeat Homika will receive the Toxic Badge.

Koffing
Koffing was the first Pokémon Homika used against Ash in their Gym battle. It defeated Ash's Boldore and Ash's Unfezant, but was later defeated by Ash's Leavanny.

Koffing's known moves are Clear Smog, Gyro Ball, Sludge Bomb, and Will-O-Wisp.

Scolipede
Scolipede was the second Pokémon Homika used against Ash in their Gym battle. It defeated Ash's Leavanny, but was later defeated by Ash's Pignite.

Scolipede's known moves are Toxic, Screech, Sludge Bomb and Rock Tomb.

Homika's Garbodor
Garbodor
Garbodor was the third and last Pokémon Homika used against Ash in their Gym battle. It defeated Ash's Pignite and Ash's Palpitoad, but was later defeated by Ash's Pikachu.

Garbodor's known moves are DoubleSlap, Gunk Shot, Hyper Beam, and Venoshock.

  • Homika is the first Poison-type Gym Leader outside of Kanto.
  • Her bass is styled similarly to the Venipede evolutionary family.
  • She is the first Gym Leader to appear in the anime before her debut game.
  • Both Homika and Janine have known fathers in the series. Unlike Homika's father, Janine's father was also a Poison-type Gym Leader.
