This article is about a character featured in the Pokémon anime who has not yet debuted in the English language dub. As such, their information may contain romanized Japanese names, rather than dub names.

(Japanese: リオカ Rioka) is a character in Zoroark: Master of Illusions. Her Japanese voice actress is 加藤夏希 Natsuki Katō.

At the beginning of the film, Rioka appears as Kōdai's secretary. Though intelligent, she is timid and easily frightened; during a demonstration of Zoroark's abilities, she needs to be reassured by her boss that Zoroark's attacks are only illusions and reminded that she possesses an "Illusion Canceler" device like Kōdai himself and Goon do.

She later accompanies Kōdai and Goon into Crown City to hunt for Celebi. Kōdai assigns the two of them to thwart the forseen interference of Ash and his friends while he examines the city's Pokémon Backer World Cup countdown clocks in his search for the Ripple of Time.

When the duo finds Ash and his friends, Goon leaves Rioka to deal with them while he returns to aid Kōdai. It is here that Rioka reveals her true identity: she removes her glasses, lets down her hair, and reveals that she is actually a reporter and colleague of Kurt, working undercover to reveal Kōdai's secrets. With her help, the group is able to hack into Kōdai's computer network and determine the last countdown clock he has not yet checked, allowing them to race to its location in an attempt to stop him. She is later seen at the Pokémon Backer Stadium with Kurt watching as Ash faces off against Kōdai.

Along with Kurt, she later publishes the story exposing Kōdai's scheme and his imprisonment. She is last seen sailing off to Unova with Kurt, Zorua and Zoroark accompanying her.
