Ross (Japanese: ロッシ Rossi) is a character from Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias.

History

Ross is the reigning champion of the Tour de Alto Mare, a very fast and twisty water chariot race through the famous Johto city. With the help of his speedy Wailmer, Ross has been able to win numerous times. However, Ash and Misty both wanted to challenge his winning streak.

Although Ash had to drop out due to Latias's interference, Misty continued onward with the help of her Corsola. A photo finish revealed that Corsola crossed the finish line a split second before Ross. He admitted that Misty was a very good racer, and offered Ash and the others a ride around the city in his gondola.

After the tour, Ross bid them farewell and went off. He was last seen in the credits, showing more people around the city of Alto Mare.
