Roger Callagy is an American voice actor for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime.

Biography

Callagy is a voice actor who made his debut in the Pokémon anime. He joined the series at the beginning of the Sun & Moon series, where he gained his two most notable roles: Rotom Pokédex and Ash's Rowlet. Callagy also voiced some minor human characters during that same series.
