Trivia

No cards in the set that this card was originally released in can take advantage of its effects. It may have appeared in anticipation of Neo Destiny, where Dark Pokémon made their reappearance, or because Dark Raichu was released in Japan in the set immediately before.

Origin

This card is based on either the Rocket Hideout in Celadon City or Team Rocket HQ in Mahogany Town, called Rocket Hideout in Generation II.
