Refresh (Japanese: リフレッシュ Refresh) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Refresh cures the user of burns, poison, or paralysis. It cannot cure freeze or sleep.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Refresh, the user regains all of its HP.
