*Staryu is the only non-legendary Pokémon and the only non-Psychic-type to learn Reflect Type, though it does evolve into a Psychic-type. This marks the second time Staryu has had some degree of exclusivity over a type-changing move, after Camouflage, which was its signature move in Generation III.
*Reflect Type's effect is that of Conversion in Generation I. From Generation II onward, however, Conversion has instead changed the user's type to that of one of its moves (aside from Curse, when the move was ???).
