The Rayquaza Constructed Starter Deck (Japanese: 構築済みスターター レックウザデッキ Pre-built Starter Rayquaza Deck) is a Japanese-exclusive Half Deck Starter Deck that complements the Clash of the Blue Sky expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
