Raikou (Japanese: ライコウ Raikou) is a legendary Pokémon, who appeared as main character in The Legend of Thunder!.

History

Team Rocket agents Attila and Hun tried to steal Raikou with the help of a device invented by Professor Sebastian. With help from Jimmy, Marina, Vincent and Eugene, Raikou managed to survive and defeat Team Rocket.
